Acceptance of termsThese terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by "Retrorummage Ltd " "Retrorummage", "we,"us" to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at retrorummage.co.nz. They are effective July 11, 2023, and will replace all earlier Retrorummage Ltd terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.
We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.
Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.
Delivery and delivery charges
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
We only deliver to New Zealand Street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary when in your online shopping basket.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery Locations
Retrorummage delivers to New Zealand, Australia, and United States.
Shipping Fees
All deliveries within New Zealand are charged at a minimum flat rate of $13 (as at 1 July, 2022), or FREE for purchases over $100 in New Zealand.
Please note, any rural parcels or weight over 5kgs may incur additional shipping fees*.
Postage to Australia and United States is charged based on weight, according to the New Zealand Post International postage prices. Please contact Retro Rummage to place an oversea's order.
Please note: Postage to locations outside New Zealand may incur import duties, taxes, sales tax, and customs clearance fees at the destination country. These costs may be payable to the carrier either before or at the point of delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. If these additional costs are critical to the decision to purchase, shoppers are advised to visit their own country's online government resources for further information on this topic. Remember, sales tax rules and laws are subject to change at any time so be sure to check before purchasing!

Delivery Times
New Zealand
We deliver throughout New Zealand. Once dispatched, orders should be delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location, day of dispatch i.e., long weekend delays and any unforeseen restrictions in place by the courier company at the time of purchase.
Rest of World
These orders are shipped using International Couriers, and usually take 5-15 days to arrive unless there are delays due to restrictions outside of our control.
Delivery Address
Please note Retrorummage does not deliver to PO Box or Private Boxes, these orders may be subject to cancellation.
Tracking your Order
When we dispatch your shipment, you'll receive a copy of the tracking number via email, so you can view the progress of your parcel, and this will provide you recourse with the courier company should there be any issue. In some cases, you parcel may be hand delivered to your door in which case photographic evidence of delivery may be made. We are unable to take responsibility for items once they are in the hands of the courier company and leave our possession.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Pandemic and Extreme Natural Event Announcement:
Please note delivery of your products may be impacted by unforeseen restrictions, an example of this would be the recent pandemic or an extreme natural event. After your order has been shipped, please allow an additional 3-7 business days until you receive your order in the event courier services are experiencing delays. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, these uncertain times may inevitably create situations outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
There are times when products may take a little longer to arrive than expected; for example, weekends, public holidays, global pandemics or 'Acts of God'. If the item/s go missing entirely or do not arrive within the suggested time frames, we will do our best to assist you to rectify the situation with the courier company responsible. We ask that you contact the courier company directly (using the tracking number provided) and notify us as quickly as possible via our email address.
In the scenario that an order from Retrorummage to the customer is not delivered due to fault of the courier company, it is not the responsibility of Retrorummage to replace the item with a similar piece, refund the customer in full, offer store credit or issue a Gift Card for any amount.
